The Somerville Democratic City Committee advocates for the election of Democrats at the local, state, and national level and for public policies that are important to the City of Somerville, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and the nation. The Committee endorses candidates for public office and encourages voter engagement and registration.

The Committee meets monthly, inviting candidates, elected officials, and advocates to educate and inform our city about progressive policies. The Committee organizes candidates forums, social events, and get out the vote efforts to advance Democratic Party candidates locally, statewide, and in neighboring swing states.
